Club Volunteers

Our soccer Club is run almost entirely by Volunteers. The more people that get involved, the less work there is for existing volunteers. Please consider becoming more involved in our club this season.

The key Club events that need volunteers are:

Pitt Meadows Days - first Saturday in June; duties could include: manning our table at Harris Road Park, helping demonstrate bubble soccer
Photo Days - late September/early October; duties could include: organizing teams outside & inside the building, escorting teams up to the photographer, etc.
Mini Jamboree - finalizes the Fall season in the following Spring; duties could include: equipment set-up & take-down (nets, goals, corner flags, etc), uniform collection
Fall Micro Kits Handouts/Returns - weekend to begin the season in September; then to conclude the Micro season at the end of November; duties could include handing out uniforms & collecting deposit cheques & then accepting returns at the end of the season
Spring Micro Kits Handouts/Returns - weekend to begin the season in April & then to conclude the Micro Spring season in mid to late June; duties could include handing out uniforms & collecting deposit cheques & then accepting returns at the end of the season
Soccer Sundae - coincides with the last Sunday of the Spring Soccer season; donations of ice cream are distributed to players when their jerseys are handed in
Awards Night
West Coast Cup - annual September Labour Day Weekend tournament that brings over 100 teams to our fields
