    As per Alouette District Youth Soccer Association Policy #12
     
    ALOUETTE DISTRICT YOUTH SOCCER ASS'N POLICIES AND PROCEDURES SUBJECT:
     
    Criminal Record checks
     
    POLICY:
     
    A)  Member Clubs are required to ensure that all persons involved with the children or the Club finances secure the appropriate Criminal Record check (CIPIC) as required by BCSA (at least every two (2) years).
    Persons requiring Criminal Record checks are:
        1 Any person handling the Club finances.
            a) Club Treasurer
            b) Bank signing officers
        2 Team Coaching Staff
            a) Head Coach
            b) Assistant Coaches
            c) Manager
            d) Team Mom or Team Dad (if required)
        3 All Technical Staff members
        4 All Academy Staff members
            
    B)  Member Clubs will supply to the District Registrar (prior to the start of each season) a listing of all persons listed above (A) with the date (month/year) the Criminal Record check was supplied to the Club.
     
    C) Failure to comply with this policy could result in a fine being leveled by the District.
