ONLINE REGISTRATION - 2013/2014 Youth Soccer Season

Thank you for your interest in registering for our 2013-2014 season.

TRYOUT REGISTRATION OPENS MARCH 1, 2013
*****PLEASE NOTE - while Tyrout attendance is NOT Mandatory
(your son or daughter will be placed on a House team for the Fall 2013 soccer season)
we encourage all players to come out and attend to see what it is like!*****

Registration for the coming season also OPENS on March 1, 2013 at NOON!

Registration Categories include:

• U4/U5/U6/U7 - known as our Micro Program
• U8/U9/U10 - known as our Mini Program
• U11/U12 - House or Select
• U13-U18 - Div 1 through Div 8
• U13-U18 Metro/Selects

FAMILY RATES - $75 off the third and subsequent childrens registration. (Does NOT include registration for Adult programs, Academies or Ancillary Programs). Family discounts will be deducted from members accounts prior to payments being requested.

REGISTRATION DEADLINE - JUNE 30^th, 2013

• A late registration fee of $50.00 (for U8 - U18) and $25.00 (for U4 - U7) is assessed any player who registers after June 30 and before October 8.
• The same late fees apply to all players who are registered but have not paid by June 30.
• Anyone registering between October 8 and November 30 will pay the regular registration fee less 25%.
• Anyone registering after November 30 will pay the regular registration fee less 50%.
• **Late registrants may have to be placed on a waiting list.**

PAYMENTS

You have the option to process payment on-line with your credit card (no extra processing fee) or by cheque, made payable to West Coast Auto Group Football Club.

To pay by credit card after you have registered, simply login to your member account - MEMBER LOGIN.

Please write registrant's name and age group on the cheque. First Touch Soccer has a supply of payment envelopes should you choose to drop off your payment.

NOTE: Athletes named to a SELECT TEAM after tryouts will be notified by the coach and will be asked to make immediate payment of registration fees, (within 48 hours), to indicate their acceptance of their spot on the team. Non-payment of fees will be deemed non-acceptance of placement. Please note that there are payment options available.

You can print a receipt for registrations for each player by going to MEMBER LOGIN from the menu bar or from the home page.
Click on Past Registrations.
Click on the red Statement button for the applicable player and program.for

REFUNDS

Please contact our bookkeeper to request a refund.

FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE

If you are applying for financial assistance, a copy of your application must be mailed in to WCAGFC or dropped off at First Touch Soccer in a sealed envelope "Attention: Treasurer". You registration will not be processed until we have this application on file.

CHILDREN'S FITNESS TAX CREDIT INFO
The children's fitness tax credit lets parents claim up to $500 per year for eligible fitness expenses paid for each child who is under 16 years of age at the beginning of the year in which the expenses are paid.
